The opportunity

You'll run full-cycle deals on inbound and outbound, working closely with the delivery leads who will own the work once you close it. We sell consultative engagements that start at meaningful five and six figures, so discovery quality matters more than activity volume. This is a role for someone who likes to write, likes to listen, and likes to win.

02 · A day in the life

What the week looks like

Mornings are pipeline movement — five qualified conversations, two proposals to write, one mutual action plan to update. Afternoons are discovery calls and prep. One day a week is dedicated to outbound: list work, signal review, sequences, and three personalised, hand-written prospect notes. End of week is a written deal review with the team.

The fit

Must-haves

  • 3+ years selling professional services or B2B software.
  • Strong discovery instincts — you ask better questions than the people you sell to.
  • Excellent writing — proposals, emails, mutual action plans.
  • Coachable, accountable, and competitive in the right way.

Bonus points

  • Experience selling brand, marketing, or technology services specifically.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, and modern outbound tooling.

What we pay, openly

Salary band

$85,000 – $105,000 base + variable

Final offer depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We benchmark against the Canadian agency market each year and share banding openly. Reviews happen annually and at promotion.
