Graphic Designer

Design across brand, social, print and product — concept to artwork ready for production.

Remote · United StatesFull-time$68,000 – $82,000 / yearRolling applications

01 · Overview

The opportunity

Our creative team builds identity systems and the everyday work that lives inside them. We're hiring a Graphic Designer who can move fluently from a brand exploration on Monday to a print-ready trade-show booth on Friday — and treat both with the same level of craft. You'll work alongside strategists, art directors, and motion designers on accounts where the design is held to a real commercial bar, not just an internal review.

02 · A day in the life

What the week looks like

Monday is concept work — three directions for a new identity, presented at end of day. Tuesday you're extending a system: social templates, pitch deck, an email header set. Wednesday is a press check; Thursday you're prepping artwork for a campaign launching the following week. Friday you sit with the art director for a craft review and a planning session for what's on deck.

03 · What you'll own

The work itself

  • 1Concept and execute design across brand, campaign, social, print, and product surfaces.
  • 2Build and extend design systems — type, color, grid, components, motion principles.
  • 3Prepare and supervise print-ready files end to end, including press checks where needed.
  • 4Partner with strategists and copy on integrated campaigns, not just isolated assets.
  • 5Mentor junior designers through craft feedback and clear, written reviews.

04 · What success looks like

How we'll measure it

01

Work ships on time, in spec, and survives client review without losing the original idea.

02

The design systems you extend get easier to use over time, not harder.

03

Senior team members trust you to run pieces of work end to end without hand-holding.

05 · What you bring

The fit

Must-haves

  • A portfolio that shows both conceptual range and production craft.
  • Fluency in Figma plus the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
  • Real production print experience — bleeds, color, finishes, vendors.
  • Strong typographic instincts and an opinion about hierarchy.

Bonus points

  • Motion or After Effects fluency.
  • Experience designing inside or for design systems used by engineering teams.

06 · Compensation

What we pay, openly
