The challenge
What we walked into.
MindSet offers personalized, brain-mapping-guided TMS therapy for depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia and more — a genuinely differentiated protocol created by its founder. But the site read like a clinical white paper. People searching at their lowest point had to decode neuromodulation jargon before they could find a phone number, and inquiries arrived through a booking widget with no follow-up system behind it.
The approach
How we ran it.
01
Workstream 1
Patient-first positioning
Led with the outcome — feel like yourself again, without medication — and kept the science as supporting proof: FDA-cleared technology, physician-designed protocols, most insurance accepted.
02
Workstream 2
Consultation-first site
Rebuilt around a free consultation as the single conversion goal, with a short qualifying form (condition, best time to reach you) above the fold and click-to-call on every screen.
03
Workstream 3
Credibility layer
Gave the physicians, the PrTMS protocol and real patient stories dedicated space, so the clinical authority does the persuading instead of adjectives.
04
Workstream 4
Search and intake automation
Built condition-level pages for depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, insomnia and concussion, and wired every submission into same-day callback routing with reminders and nurture for patients who aren't ready yet.

The compounding effect
What it unlocked.
The work didn't end at handoff — it became the operating system the team runs every day.
— ParkWest engagement notes
Condition pages are now the clinic's largest source of new patients, and the intake automation gives the front desk a prioritized callback list instead of a widget inbox.
