Briefing

We are currently seeking a multi-faceted Sales Lead Generator for inside bound and outside sales to be a part of a creative and fast-paced team. We believe that – like our products and services – our sales team should be of the highest quality, and we’re looking for the right talent to contribute to the team and grow in marketing and technology.

The sale lead generator will be the voice on all prospective clients and support the marketing and design department to ensure appointment setting quoatas for ongoing weekly meetings.

PRIMARY RESPONISBILITIES

– Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to schedule meetings for production and offer new products and services.

– Follow up with customers via phone and email as necessary.

– Ensure that all inbound calls are answered promptly and professionally.

– Generate reports through our internal software showing customers to contact.

– Appoint sales team with upcoming meetings

– Document all conversations with customers through a number of internal applications

– Ability to overcome objections and answer questions with thoughtful responses.

– Attend and participate in department meetings.

– Other duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

– Must be a team player and work well with others.

– A proven history of scheduling appointments, if applicable.

– You will be expected to learn about our new services and offer these to our customers when they want to reorder products.

– Superb communications skills, both verbal and written.

– Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to instantly build rapport with clients.

– Able to take verbal direction, and execute promptly.

– Must be able to multitask and adapt with changing priorities.

– Must be able to multitask, and be adaptable to changing circumstances.

– A professional demeanor and the ability to overcome objections without losing momentum.

– Must be a quick learner; be self-disciplined with a “can do” attitude.

– The ability to meet or exceed all expectations measuring overall performance and quantity of customers contacted.

– Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
